This event consisted of two parts: the seminar and the cocktail reception. First, Product Consultants of Greater China - Yu Zhi and Ping Xie - offered a seminar discussing STP liquidity, global execution and high frequency trading. It was well received by all of the guests and described as a very informative presentation. “Exchanges and brokers are now facing a more and more diversified clientele and increasing demands for different trading strategies” mentioned Yu Zhi. “How to deal with these different trading strategies flows and needs for higher execution quality has become their top concerns nowadays in order to stand out from the other competitors. They want to provide professional traders and money managers with lower cost products, better liquidity, more transparency and robust and stable trading environment. And, that’s why many of them have come to Boston Technologies for our STP solutions and low-latency technology infrastructure.” He believes that there will be more institutions utilizing BT’s solutions when they have a better understanding of the global market and China’s exchange and broker market become more regulated in the future.
Both the organizer and the guests enjoyed the cocktail reception after the seminar. People were actively communicating with each other as they enjoyed delicious food and drinks. The event was packed until the very end with a lively and vibrant atmosphere. “It’s our great pleasure to have so many friends coming over. We would like to show our gratitude to those who have contributed to our great achievements for the past year. “Commented Yi Zhang, the Operations Manager of the Shanghai Office, “It’s been a very successful event overall.
